Online Classes – Please read!

Our download button is not working properly due to the thousands of plumbers taking online classes. There are 15 one-hour classes to choose from. Our classes are best taken on a computer as there are many different editions of cell phones and they all operate differently.  It is impossible to offer instructions on each different cell phone.

 

Please do not call or email our office asking for your certificates.  When you leave multiple messages it further makes returning all the calls impossible. Our normal call volume is about 50 calls a day and we are now receiving literally hundreds.  Everyone will receive their certificates within 30 days if not sooner.  Renewal is not until November 30, 2026.  We are working as fast as possible to respond to everyone administratively.

Instructions:

We recommend using Computers or tablets as the best method of taking on-line classes due to the diversity of cell phones and the limitations of a small screen.  However, you may take classes on a cell phone if that is your preference.

 

There is no requirement to take all classes at once; however, you will not receive a certificate until you complete four hours. Unless otherwise specified, certificates will be mailed to your home address.

 

Directions:

• Choose your class and begin reading

• Upon completion of class, fill in required information

• You may then choose your next class.
